We Have a “No Cap” Sales Structure

We don’t have a limit on how many buildings you can sell whilst still receiving a commission. This means that regardless of if you sell 5 buildings or 100 buildings, you will receive a commission on every building you can sell!

Requirements to Become an Esh Dealer

Be Extremely Self Motivated

We’ll supply you with the buildings, you just need to make sure you have the drive to sell them. We want dealers that are motivated sellers, ready to do what it takes to sell our buildings effectively.

Good Location

We want dealers who have a lot or place of business that is easily accessible and has great accessibility and be able to hold up to 30 sheds. We also require that the place of business must be kept clean.

Willing to Take Advice/Coachable

Once you become a dealer, we will assign a representative to you that will give you advice and help guide you through your dealer journey. You will have goals that you are expected to reach by the end of the month.

Well-Supplied Inventory

We will keep you well-supplied with inventory, however in the busy months it can get a bit lower than usual, but we try our best to prevent that.
