Return & Cancellation Policy

At Esh’s Utility Buildings, we are committed to providing quality-built structures and a transparent purchasing experience. Because our products are large, delivered structures and often customized to a customer’s specifications, our return and cancellation policies differ from those of traditional retail products.

Returns

Esh’s Utility Buildings does not accept returns or exchanges after a building has been delivered and accepted by the customer. 

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all building specifications, dimensions, colors, options, and site requirements before placing an order.

If you believe there is an issue with your building upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team promptly so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, 15% of the total purchase price becomes non-refundable. This non-refundable amount includes any revisions made to the order and may not be applied toward future purchases.

Any refund due following a cancellation will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Esh’s Utility Buildings reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer is unable to take delivery of the building within 60 days of the signed sales paperwork.

If the final balance has been paid in full before the 60-day deadline, Esh’s Utility Buildings may hold the building for an additional 30 days.

For company-initiated cancellations, a minimum of 15% of the total purchase price will be retained and is non-refundable.

Delivery and Acceptance

Once a building has been delivered, placed on the customer’s property, and accepted by the customer, the sale is considered final and the building is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and prepared prior to delivery.
