Cabin Styles
If you want to buy an office shed that doubles as a place to enjoy your backyard, our prefab cabins will be perfect for you! Each cabin has a customizable porch where you can sit and enjoy the evening breezes. Our Ranch Cabin features a beautiful A-frame roof with 6” to 8” overhangs. Our High Barn Cabin’s barn-style roof provides extra storage space in the eaves for two lofts.
The Ranch Cabin includes:

- 7’ 4” walls framed at 16” on-center with top and bottom wall plates
- 6” to 8” roof overhangs, boxed in and finished with the same material as the siding

Shed Styles
For an economical home office, a shed is an excellent option. Both the Ranch Shed and the High Barn Shed can be customized into a home office that is perfect for you! Unlike our prefab cabins, our sheds do not include porches; however, you can easily customize them into a beautiful backyard office! Add dormers and more windows to personalize your office shed.
The Ranch Shed includes:

- 7’ 4” walls framed at 16” on-center with top and bottom wall plates
- 6” to 8” roof overhangs, boxed in and finished with the same material as the siding

Colors
The color of your backyard office sets the tone of your office experience. That is why we believe you should have full control over the color of your office shed. Choose one of our many color options so it matches your personality or your house.
Exterior
Completely customize your backyard office’s exterior with our many customization options! You can choose everything from porch styles to flower boxes to siding. We offer log, vinyl, metal, and painted or stained wood siding.
Interior
The interior of your office sheds comes unfinished, a blank slate letting you design your perfect backyard office. We do offer added shelving and a workshop package which includes a workbench, a shelf, a pegboard, and a divider wall with a door.
Windows & Doors
We offer a variety of windows from 18×27 through 30×36, as well as transom windows, flower boxes, and shutters. Various doors are also available, including single, double, and roll-up doors.
Porch Styles for Your Office Shed
The Corner Porch
This is the simplest porch available on our portable cabins. The corner porch dimensions are 4’x8,’ and it features a railing, a window with shutters, and a walk-in single door.
The Front Porch
Dimensions on this porch are 4’ across the full width of your cabin. A railing, a window with shutters, and a walk-in single door are also included.
The Deluxe Porch
This is our premier porch design, covering the entire front of the cabin and wrapping around the side. It includes a railing, several windows, and a walk-in single door.
Standard Features on Office Sheds
We offer many customizations for our office sheds, but there is one thing that will never change. We will always use high-quality materials to build our backyard offices. All of the cabins and sheds we mention above come standard with:
- 2×6 floor joists on 4×6 skids; all joists and skids are pressure-treated
- ¾” tongue-and-groove flooring with a 50-year warranty
- Boxed-in corner studs for easily finishing the interior of your office shed
- Trusses with steel gussets, framed at 16” on-center
- A double door with a metal diamond-plate threshold
- Felt paper beneath roofing materials for increased roof longevity
- Drip edge on all edges of the office shed roof
- A 10-year workmanship warranty on all office sheds

At Esh’s Utility Buildings, our goal is to serve our neighbors by not only offering sheds for sale in Kentucky and Tennessee but also keeping your costs to a minimum. One way we do that is by offering free delivery within 50 miles of any of our locations. Beyond 50 miles, it’s a simple per-mile fee. Getting a portable shed should be as easy as possible!
